When a young person enters our care, we collaborate with the local authority and their larger professional network to make sure that a thorough, encouraging, and personalised plan is created to meet their unique needs.

We are available 24 hours a day to respond to any referrals since we understand that the referral process is not just a 9 to 5 obligation.  This puts us in a position to reply in real time, assist with emergency placements at short notice, and provide a more thorough response when the request is not as time-sensitive.
